03Contact by email
When you email Practical Web Notes, we receive your email address, message, email metadata and any other information you choose to provide. We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry, review corrections or address website feedback.
Messages are processed and stored using Gmail services provided by Google. Contact information is not added to a marketing list or sold. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information by email.
Messages are retained only while they are reasonably needed for correspondence, editorial records, security or other legitimate operational requirements. Routine enquiries are ordinarily deleted within 12 months after the last correspondence.
